Can I get some links to these products?

I tried looking some of this stuff up and I know nothing about water cooling..

Found this: Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultima Liquid Cooling Kit: CrazyPC Computers
Same on Petras but @ a lower price: Petra's Tech Shop

Could I get something for a lot less if I build it?

In a couple weeks I'ma get water cooling, so I have to find a good setup or parts..

I hear that algea can accumulate within a water cooling system making temperatures a lot worse.. Is there any solution you can put in the water or an alternate to water?
