GTX 295 hands down.

Rave, when Nvidia finally decides to move up to GDDR4 or GDDR5. Once that day comes, ATI will be in deep ****.

Actually GTX 260 (216 Core) in SLI out performs the 4870X2. While the 4870X2 (512MB OR 1GB) will still perform under or on par with the 4870X2.

So the GTX 295 will be the best buy out of the three.

not to mention the "wow" factor when you say, "i has a 295!"
lol

it doesn't matter whether they use GDDR5 or GDDR3, only thing that matters is bandwidth

when nvidia finally decides to go GDDR5, they will drop the 512bus for something smaller

wasn't the 9800GX2 released this time last year also? and then they dropped the GTX280 a few months later that had equal performance in a single card?

A Single GTX 295 is actually Dual 260's with 240 shader units instead of 216.

Since everyone has been LOVING the 216's. With the extra unlocked 24 shader units. The GTX 295 actually outperforms SLI 260's.

between this thread and the "Phenom II 940 @ XS" thread, you really see who is a "strong supporter" or which camp

Fat clown the reason I support AMD is because I would never buy Intel.

As I've already stated in a thread. But no I m not going to make lies about them either.

Core i7 is insanely fast and worth every penny. You just won't see my buying one that's all.

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: :drool::drool::drool::drool:

i need one then! wow!

EDIT:the only thing i dont understand is why in the other thread everyone got on my case when i said invidias 260 core 216 was 448-bit, and ATI was 256, everyone said that gddr5 still outperformed.

basically they said this:

gddr5 256-bit >>>>>gddr3 448-bit

they said that bandwidth meant more than bus size....guess they were wrong lol
