Graphics comparison of XBOX 360

The PS3 looks so much better than the X360,i just hope that everything they said is "real time" graphics is actually real time graphics.

The PS3's price is set at $399, but it costs sony $494 to make, and that's with the Cell processor, custom make Kick-*** graphics, a Blu-ray drive, 9 bluetooth controllers, i think there's a card reader for SD and such, around 4 or 5 usb ports, support for 2 HDTV's at one time (sweet just like a dual monitor PC), however big a hard drive it has, and a bunch of other **** all selling for $399!!!

I'm pretty sure the PS3 uses a modified G71 Nvidia core @ 550mhz, the same as the 7900 GTX. The X360's core is a version of the X1900 GPU with unified shader architecture, but is core speed is only 500mhz where as a PC X1900 XTX is at 650mhz (XT is at 625mhz). The Xbox 360 has 512MB of GDDR3 RAM @ 700mhz using a unified memory architecture (System and GPU use same RAM) while the PS3 has 256MB of DDR RAM and 256MB GDDR3 VRAM. Computers at the moment go up to 2GB+ DDR2 or DDR and 512MB VRAM, but remember in a console RAM goes a long way (the Xbox only had 64MB and the PS2 has 32MB).

The G80/R600 is going to kill the PS3's and 360's GPUs, with raw power and DX10, SM 4.0, and other features.

And to top off the Oblivion comparison, if you have a X1800/X1900 card you can enable HDR w/ AA.

with the new consoles alot of new technology of comming out, just wait until the programmers can figure out how to take advantage of it! the ps3 has a 9 core cpu and the 360 has custom graphics designed from the ground up.
It has 7 processors try Thurrots reviews and read up on it.
