is this graphics card good?

I am a gamer with a gamer pc and the games i play are counter strike source, counter strike, midtown madness 2, quake 3 and quake 4 and need for speed most wanted.

Your 6800 will kill that 7300gs. The 7300gs sucks.

Just because 7300 is bigger than 6800, does not mean it's better. It's the second number you generally want to look at, not the first one. And 8 is bigger than 3. Of course there is much more to it than that, but I guess thats just a simple way of explaining it. The 7300gs is compareable to the 6200, in fact the 6200 actually beats it in a lot of tests.

man Nivida needs to fix there number system and make it so the higher the number the better, instead of making 800 or 900 cards the best on every generation....

But yeah 6800 is better than the one u were curious about.

Also... how good is the graphics card u have now... does it play nfs:mw with good frame rates? the reason i ask is cause i have a very similar card, and i havent been able to use it yet... just wonderin
