Default Graphic Designer/Casual Gamer build.

I am a Graphic Design student and casual gamer, and I would like to stick around $700. This build is $725 shipped, so if anyone has any suggestions/upgrades, or if I can lower one thing and strengthen another, that will keep me in that same price range, feel free to let me know.
So, how is this build? Everything compatible, sufficient, etc.?

Thanks so much everyone!!

Few things i would change

Go with this CPU / MoBo Combo

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz + ASUS EVO
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

This Memory

Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Newegg.com - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 996782

Or if you want to pay around $20 more go with this combo and get 8Gigs of ram with the PSU you have selected
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

Everything else seems fine, personally i would go Nvidia GTX 460 1GB but, some might disagree

16MB cache of a HD is a little on the slow side try shooting for 32MB. Also being in graphic design you may want or need something with a little more space than 500GB.

This is the HD I'm going for. I'm also entering the GD field (in school atm).

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive

You can find these in 1TB + if you need it. Just take note of the make, model, and speed.
