Agree with the "no GTX". Get the GTS 320MB and play on your 12x10 res. I have a hunch that cpu's will bottleneck a system playing crysis. If your 320mb GTS fails to yield results, sell it and get the GTX. If Crysis get delayed even more, then wait for the 9 Series.
If you have to upgrade now, get a 320mb GTS. Depending on the game, the extra ram of a 640mb does not merit until you hit like 25x16. OC'ing a 320 makes a bigger difference than the extra ram.
