Default GPU Decision!

Hi all. I'm hopefully upgrading my GPU; just need a little help however.

The 1GB 5750's are £20 or so more than the 512MB. I've just noted down the specifications, which are:

5750 512MB - 4600MHz GDDR5, GPU 700MHz, 720 Cores.
5750 1GB - 1150MHz GDDR5, GPU 700MHz, 720 Cores.

Do I buy the 512MB or 1GB?

Personally I'd go for the 1GB.

What's your resolution? If you are below 1920x1200/1080 the extra ram isn't going to help at all in most games.

I believe the maximum resolution is 1600x900. I have an LG W2043S-PF 20" monitor.

So the 512MB card?

Should be plenty unless you plan on upgrading monitor before your video card.
