Ok, thanks guys. Looks like I'll go with an MSI Hd 4850 512mb or this other one.

Either of these will be fine for any of the monitor sizes I'm considering. I had a lot of stupid, repetitive questions. Just wanted to be sure about stuff. Thanks!

i would go with the one that has dual slot cooling, because the 4850's can run hot. yes the 512mb will be fine for any of those monitor sizes your consitering.

I'd get that one.. its got a dual-pipe copper cooling that's quite effective
