Default Good RAM for overclocking?

I'd like to know what some good RAM for overclocking is...

specs:
Opteron 165/170
DFI SLI DR-Expert
eVGa 6800GS
450W Forton PSU

I have good air flow and cooling threw my system, if that means anything...

Looking to spend no more than $200 for 2GBs

OCZ Gold/Platinum. my personal choice is gold because it overclocks just as well but is cheaper. in fact i was surprised that i could only get the BH-5 i got as OCZ Gold and there was not a Platinum version.

Gskill HZ PC4000 2GB DDR500

Look into G.skill, Mushkin, OCZ, Crucial for ram.

My knowledge on RAM is very limited...
What would be ideal timings to look for, etc.?

DDR400 or DDR500. i like good overclocking DDR400 like my BH-5. they can reach over DDR500 with 2-2-2-5 latencies which will beat DDR500 hands down. but in overall overclockability DDR500 wins

i recommend these

as for the timings , for that price & 2gb overclock ram you cant get better then 3-4-4-8 , although you might be able to set em lower with upping the voltage a bit
