Good parts for a budget pc?

If its locked, are there any good AMD's that are unlocked? Preferably under £60.

Edit: chose this: AMD Athlon X4 860K, overclockable to 4.2ghz, thats enough.

The Athlon x4 860k isn't a bad chip if I'm honest, if you were looking at Intel then I'd suggest something like an i3 4170 (but it's more expensive, and I tend to find the Intel motherboards cost a little more too)

Asus H81 is just as cheap over there as it is over here, or you have this MSI.

It's PCI-E 2.0 not 3.0 and only has two memory slots.

Would probz work ok.

2 memory slots are good for 16GB, which is more than you need for a budget rig. Also, those boards are mislabled. H81 chipset runs pcie 3.

I should probably get an AMD a-series apu so then later on I could make use of the dual graphics technology by getting a seperate radeon gpu.

Now you're really not making any sense. You can have an i3 and board for the same price.

But then I'll have to use my 3700 because intel graphics isnt good enough.
