Good last motherboard for my Opty 144

Ok, i'm looking at getting a new board for my Opty because i have been forced to upgrade to PCI-e (my AGP 6600GT died). I ordered a new cooler (Freezer Pro 64) so i plan on overclocking a bit but not to the extreme . (i guess i should mention its 939)

(Important or not i'm mentioing it) I also have a new ThermalTake 430W PSU on the way but, anyway, i've got my eyes on the Gigabyte SLI since i've had good experiences with Gigabyte.

nice but, i never was one for that board. I dont like that fact that it has AGP as well as PCI-e. I want a clean looking board and that one is just to "messy" for me (i become a perfectionist with this stuff )

I've heard that the ASUS board (my first link) is pretty good, anyone got any feed back on this one?
