The specs vary from brand to brand, give or take a few megahertz. You can get 128mb or DDR2 ram, or 256 mb of DDR2 ram. The ram runs at 390mhz, doubled to an effective 780mhz. The core clock is about 500mhz and sports 12 pixel pipelines. The memory is 256 bit interface, but communicates in a 128bit interface.

Wait, the GS is $150 more than the X1600pro?? That is NOT worth it. The specs of the X1600pro are 500mhz core, 780mhz (effective) 128-bit gddr3 memory, and it comes in 128mb, 256mb and 512mb. the 512mb is totally not worth it.
