you may be in luck looks like you have 2 more.

- 1 x CPU / 2 x System FAN connectors

Take a look at your manual for the location. I cannot seem to get into msi support right now.

Yes, apparently mine is the only one of it's kind, must be a V3.00000000000001 or something, it looks very different from any pics ive seen, and Yes i'm sure it's a MSI K9N neo-f V3

You probably just don't know what they look like. All motherboards should come with at least one, not including the one for the cpu fan.

Well, pay attention please, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 1 3-PIN FAN CONNECTOR. Not trying to be mean, but since you don't seem to understand I have to stress it some more.

Any clear picture of the layout will do

You should have one 4 pin for the cpu and then x amount of 3 pins. You can get molex to 3 pin adapters for pittance and most good manufacturers will chuck one in for free with the fan you don't have to buy everything from newegg just go down your local. What case are you putting this fan into?
