Default Good gpu and psu pair?

Newegg.com - EVGA 320-P2-N817-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

and

Newegg.com - HIPER HPU-4B580-MS ATX12V v2.2 580W Power Supply 100 - 120V - Retail

The grand total is around $430

I also have kind of a sub question, I just installed all my new computer parts and when my computer boots i notice in the bios that my memory clock is set to 742mhz i believe it is. Should I keep it that or change it?

How is he suppose to change it? It's already overclocked. That 8800GTS and that PSU will do fine.
