Good gaming Vid Card

Hey guys. I want to upgrade my overclocked Nvidia FX5200 for something better. I don't have the most money in the world, so I was hopeing to get a Vid Card for around $150 canadian. I don't want a 256mb card either. So if you have had good experiances with your card with games like HL2 and Battlefield 2 and so on, please let me know.

not much you can do with that much cash man, Id say just save a bit more up and go for a 6600gt.
