Processor: AMD FX 8350
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 r2.0
Ram: Gskill SNIPER F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR
PSU: CORSAIR SMPS TX 750 V2
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 tri-x
I already have a case,hdd,optical drive,mouse,keyboard
and a 1680×1050 22inch monitor which i probably will
upgrade after buying a new pc(after 2,3 months)
Are these parts suitable for next gen gaming. For
upgrading these parts i have a budget of around
1149$(70000INR).
Should i drop the r9 290 and go for 280x and invest in
betta mobo and monitor ?

What country is your currency from? The 290x is a great card but I don't recommend them here in the states due to how overly inflated the pricing is due to mining. If the price where you are is closer to MSRP and not over a GTX 780 then I say go for it. Otherwise, don't bother.

How much is the i5 4440 where you are? I suggest this rather than the 8350 for the same reasons I explained in the other guys thread. Faster single threaded performance with upgrade options down the road (haswell refresh) whereas dedicated AMD CPUs are dead in the water. Faster processor will also help with being CPU bound at your lower resolution. I suggest this and an ASRock or Asus B85 board over the 8350 setup. You also don't need 1866 RAM.

Is it good for next gen gaming? Pretty much anything is for right now. We won't see "next gen" for at least another year.

Looks good for a gaming machine but I would go with these instead:
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model BLT8G3D1869DT1TX0

MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS - Newegg.com

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W 6-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX - Newegg.com

Only reason why I don't recommend that 8 core, you really shouldn't need that to game well and work hard on your machine.
Quadcore or hexacore amd should be more than enough to do what you want daily

Those 3 parts combined 288.00 dollars usa if you don't live in usa check pcpartpicker.
A international favorite and recommendation I use.
