Welllll, Not really.

The ultra psu is pretty crappy, and the rest depends on what games you play and on what resolution.

the 9500 gt is really low end..

Here's something you could do: - SAMSUNG Black 22X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD+R DL 22X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache IDE 22X DVD±R DVD Burner - CD / DVD Burners - GIGABYTE gz-ph1a3 Black SGCC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST3500418AS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards - GIGABYTE GV-R467ZL-1GI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards - Antec Basiq BP430 430W Continuous Power ATX12V Version 2.2 Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies - OCZ Gold Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ3G10664GK - Desktop Memory - AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

total: $412 w/ free shipping on most of the items. There's also a $10 mail in rebate. The one from tigerdirect is $445 with $45 MIR. The build i picked out has a a better video card, but other than that similar performance. If you make your budget $450 then you can upgrade to the quad-core propus, then you'd have a nice build. This one here: - AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
