well as far as i'm concerned thats US $234.78 for the Scan one... but then what if the shipping was super high... then u'd go past298$ with ease...

It's not 130 to buy from there. That's different currency. So 117 pounds over there, is like $230 US over here.

From ym udnerstanding the "E" means euros, not pounds but I could be mistaken.

if its euros then 117Euros is 163 us dollars.
