Default a good cooling Peripheral for a PCI slot only

hi , for the summer it does get hot over here and looking for a good Cooling Peripheral that goes into PCI and a good HDD Cooler aswell anyone have any ideas

Google PCI slot fans... but then they don't do much good... Warm air rises, remember your high school days?... trying to get the cool air out isn't always good. Do some research into a new case possibly? something with more than 3 three fans? I have a raidmax storm and love it.. other will tell you different... it's all about what you are willing to spend... Just my 2.5 cents...
