is this a good gaming PC?

very grateful if you could help me out,

thx malcmac007

ok, this may sound a little stupid/silly/"noobish"/nieve (i dont know much about computing/gaming) but what is "overclocking"?

Overclocking is making certain parts of the computer run faster than they were designed to run. How much does that cost in US dollars? It looks way overpriced.
