a good cheap tv tuner with remote-anyone?

hey guys, could you please recomend a tv tuner with remote that is affordable and yet good quality. i want to to run on my pentium 4 with 2 gigs of corsair ram, evga 7900gs, 480w powersupply, and i want it to be a pci slot kind, coz thats the only thing i have unused. i dont have a sound card and dont intend to get it. i use windows xp service pack 2 professional..
