Default Good buy?

HP ProLiant BL20P Server Dual Xeon 3.06GHz 4GB 2x36GB - eBay HP, Compaq, Servers, Networking, IT, Telecoms, Computers. (end time 30-Mar-08 14:47:26 AEST)

Im confused as to how that isnt a good deal. Is there something stopping it from being a cpu folding machine??? Anything else i should know about?

Thanx for any help.
