Good Build? Help please.

This is going to be the parts i will be getting to build my new rig, i want to know if they are going to all be able to work together and even fit in the case. If you guys know of something better at roughly the same price then id appreciate it or if theres something i dont really need OR if theres something else i need. thanks you guys in advance.

Kill the NIC, motherboard already has equivalent (two of them).
Drop the Physics card, 8800GTS has one built-in.
Buy some Arctic Silver 5 for heatsink.

nice build, good choice on the sunbeam transformer, but the fan at the side is REALLY loud, might wanna get a replacement (wait don't they make coffeemakers too?) i would know because my x2 3600+ system had one, b4 my sister got it

I'd say those parts, can get you a pretty decent overclock.

E4500 performs on par with E6400 which performs as good as 5200+ at stock speeds, but core 2 overclocks better
