This is going to be the parts i will be getting to build my new rig, i want to know if they are going to all be able to work together and even fit in the case. Kill the NIC, motherboard already has equivalent (two of them).
Drop the Physics card, 8800GTS has one built-in.
Buy some Arctic Silver 5 for heatsink.

Updated Wishlist: Wish list details

Build will work.

Don't buy yet. Give this thread 24 hours of recommendations first.
For the RAM, you might consider getting this: Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Memory

I'd say those parts, can get you a pretty decent overclock.

If you haven't ordered already, I've heard from Apokalipse, that this motherboard, gives excellent overclocks:
Newegg.com - Foxconn C51XEM2AA- 8EKRS2H Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

E4500 performs on par with E6400 which performs as good as 5200+ at stock speeds, but core 2 overclocks better

Newegg.com - ASUS P5K SE LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 Allendale 2.2GHz 2M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail

And don't waste your money on physics card, it would be better to get E6550 instead
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 Conroe 2.33GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail
