Default Is this a good build?

A friend of mine is looking to buy a new PC. I've been out of the hardware loop for a while but this is what I've picked out so far.

He lives near Boston so he can go to the microcenter there for good deals.

Anyways:

Windows 7 - $0

(Already owns a copy)

Solid build, but I'd recommend a Samsung 840pro over the Crucial.
