Thanks in advance

Um, you have a 1156 socket cpu with a 1155 socket motherboard. Look for an i5-2500k cpu instead of that one.

Depending on what games you are playing I might consider a switch to an AMD based system.

If you went with an AMD Phenom II X4 970 instead of the 2500K you would save ~$74, which would allow you to upgrade the video card to a GTX 560 (non-Ti) for better performance.

Im just curious why you desire to play games at low to medium? That kind of performace can be acheived with an average box computer with a GPU upgrade. I'm in no way judging you just merely offering some imput. I have been out of the game for a good amount of time but given the industry I work in I do extensive analysis on the technology sector. With the flooding in SE Asia now is not a great time to be doing a value build. If you are looking to save another hundred bucks or so I would look at waiting until May or so when HDD prices come down some. Also the new intel chips are supposed to be coming out around then as well so CPU prices should be expected to drop slightly.

I was only saying that because it is quite a budget build. So im not really expecting the worlds best performance.

Okay thanks for the feedback guys keep it coming!

just a thought

Everything you have will do the job. My suggestion would be go with an amd chip. IMO they are a better value. One regret I have is not getting a 6.0 gb/s hard drive. Which your MB supports. I'd make sure that one is. Hard drives tend to be the bottleneck.
