Shill Bidding

He puts up an auction. Someone bids. He uses his second account to place a bid. This forces the OP to bid higher, giving the seller better profits.

ok, enough about my history on ebay, I am over that, and I won't do crap like that again, I didn't know it was illegal till I got caught. Anyway Back to this thread which got off topic. Does that computer look good?

Also are you sure that no Amd compares to this core 2 duo?
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail

I have just been a fan of amd's for a while, and would hate to go back to intel, unless the core 2 duo is better then any amd for the price.

I would get the 3600+ and save some cash. I hear there are good buys on some of them on ebay, that is, unless of course, you were bidding on your own sell. God. I'd hate to see how that would go.

3600+ isn't even a dual core. Also I guess I should've mentioned that I have an amd athlon 64 X2 4200+ AM2 and I want to upgrade to something much faster.

Yes the E8400 should be better than any AMD dual core especialy if you overclock it.
