Everything looks good, and Asus is a good choice, but do not get that P5NSLI if you plan on using DDR2-800 ram. That board won't post with anything over DDR2-667, you can OC the 667, but it won't post with the 800. Also get the XFX 7600GT xxx edition if you don't mind shelling out another 20 bucks http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150182

My choice would be either the Gigabyte DS3 $149.99

or the Gigabyte S3 $116.99

heres the same board on ewiz w/ pics
http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-965P-S3

really it won't post? i read a couple of people who got it to and just oc'd it too 800? oh well. i probably will go with something with a little more positive reviews such as that s3.

I was looking at the reviews, and some have managed to get the board to work with their ddr2-800 ram but the board slows it down to 667, and can't OC it back to 800 in the BIOS.

I originally purchased that same board (P5NSLI) from ewiz, but never opened it up since I have a pair of g.skill ddr2-800's and I called Asus to see if the board would work with them, but the guy just told me that he doesn't know, and just try em out to see if they work, but I never did since I didn't want to risk it.

The S3 is okay, DUMO from XS got 485Fsb with it on either a E6400, or 6600, I forget which.
