Default Good budget build?

I was trying to create a good budget build strictly around gaming, what do you guys think of it? You guys think its good performance wise?

Intel Core i3-4130, MSI GeForce GTX 760 - System Build - PCPartPicker

Intel i5 4640 - XFX R9 280
Corsair Vengeance 8GB - Samsung 850 EVO 250GB Seasonic 620W PSU

Yea it's good. I would change the motherboard and SSD and it's lacking a case. Other than that, good.
