Nah, I wouldn't say that. I don't care much for sound, as long as you can hear it.. no need for a 5.1 set up or 7.1, especially considering it'd cost more..


I own the 5.1 set of them, and they're pretty clear.. quality is nice.

I wouldn't have to get a sound card for the speakers, would I?

wait until monday then get your CPU at least... for the same price you can get a 3800 single or a little more a 3800 dual...

Umm, am I missing something, is that processor AM2, if not the RAM, which being DDR-2, will not work with it correct? Or did I misinterpret some of the system incorrectly?

Ummm.. I just noticed something as well... That mobo supports AGP and PCIE. I have heard nightmares about those boards and trying to get one to work with the other disabled. mainly the PCIE being primary, is what I have heard/read is the problem. Since you going with a PCIE card already, why go thru the hassle of have both slots on there...
