To make sure run stress tests. download intel burn test, do about 5 passes, If your computer doesnt crash during those tests, no game will make it crash. It could just be a software related problem or something of that nature.

You can buy converters to 8 pin anyway, and since alot of psu's have the 8pin an 4pin on the same line, the same voltage/amperage most be going to those connectors, maybe that will work.

as i thought the test passed with no errors , prime 95 same thing , memtest passed also and 3d mark finishes fine .any thoughts ?
