Giga-Byte EX58 Extreme 1366 MB

This is the board I am interested in but, I have read problems with it. I have read where it massive restart issues and trouble with DVD HD's connections.

What's the scoop

I've heard nothing good about this board.

I'd say go for it, and if it does have any problems, send it back for a new one.
Without the usual motherboard complications, this is a great motherboard.
I'd suggest it, but I'm no expert.

If your looking for a technical answer, wait around a bit.

jw where are u reading these bad things about the board?

If its newegg, don't pay attention to them, most newegg reviewers are dumb and dont know what there doing. also one thing that i tell people that pay attention to newegg review is that if someone got it and it was exactly or a little better then what they expected it to be why would they take the time to review it

i dunno about the extreme version, but i have the mid range board (one that cost like $300) and I like it a lot...bios is kinda confusing, but i think it's just because it's different
