Why not reccomend a pny 8800? is it not good? because its like 30 bucks 40 bucks cheaper than most.

because evga has the step up program too. if he find himself with some extra moolah in like 2 months, he could easily upgrade his vid card for relatively cheap.

add in a mouse, speakers, keyboard, moniter, and cooling you might have to go with this for vid card.
