Probably depends on the power requirements or needs of your PC? If you give them more info on what you have or want powered, someone else might be able to give you a much better answer.

Or do you mean quality wise?

I'm not an expert but I think a 550W, like the Corsair TX550M will be fine for your needs as long as you stay single GPU.
What resolution do you play at? I believe the GTX 460 is a bit too weak for 1080p and beyond. It'll do the job but it won't play the most modern games at ultra settings.

I only Play Games Like WoW and LOL and sometimes d3 i got the card for free so im using it

My 465 overclocked did well for quite a while. Pulled a lot of juice though. I wouldn't have put it on a 550w PSU.
