Default Gaming PC - Problem

My computer can run WoW with 20 FPS on Dalaran. I get more fps on Call of Duty 4 on the highest graphics. This seems to be a problem since WoW can usually run on low-end computers.

QX6850 3.0GHz Quad-core
4GB Patriot Ram
780i Mobo
22 Inch Monitor

I have the latest drivers installed.

Seems fine to me... if there are lots of Raids and group members together at the same time, it causes an FPS drop

MMORPGs are hard to determine a good FPS, I play EQ2 and you can't run anything above high quality on a raid even with the best computer out there.. there is just too much going on in the game with shadows, particle effects, and everything else. on my 4870 i get 40fps on extreme quality when i'm looking at a wall lol.. usually plummets to 18 when in raid. CSS on the other hand i get over 300...
