So you're at $1,219 +$100 for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OEM
= $1,319.

$81 isn't a whole lot of room to get a good motherboard, you may have to cut some costs.
In general order I would go: case, hard drive, power supply.

Cases are personal preference and if you're sold on the NZXT Phantom then go for it.
However, there are a lot of cases for $100 or less that will work just as well:
Here are just a very few of the options available.

For the hard drive I guess you should ask yourself if you'll really need 1TB now or if you can wait and get a 2nd drive later.
$85 for a 500GB Barracuda or $100 for a 750GB Hitachi.

As for the power supply, you never want to get "cheap" with it but there are less expensive options that are still quality built and 750w.
Some options.

Finally, here are some motherboards I would suggest, depending on how much you can reduce your current total.

there is a lot of money in that video card. it seems like there is a price premium for a few more fps. getting the 6970 will save about $130. splitting the difference with the 570 will save $70, though i think the 6970 is better or even with it.

What's the native resolution and size of your monitor and what types of games are you planning to play? It may well be that you're buying way too much GPU for your needs. If you want us to help, you need to be very clear and specific when you ask.
