You can get a 3800+ for $150 now. They stopped making 3700+

i would definitely drop the 3700+, dual core processors are the future. Get the X2 3800+ and OC it like a madman.

go with the X2 3800 socket 939.....make sure the mobo is socket 939.....dont go with AM2 yet, wait until they have more available upgrades, other then that nice build.

I have another suggetion. I don't think you will really notice ANY difference between the X-Fi Platinum and the X-Fi Xtrememusic, unless you are an audiophile. Just something to think about.
