Gaming monitor help

Uh speakers are weak and the HDMI recognizes as a TV on the PC. Xbox doesn't want to send sound to it through HDMI. Bout it.

I didn't plan on using the HDMI anyway, and I didn't expect the speakers to be of good quality as well, so if those are the only cons then it sounds like a great monitor for the price. Thanks PP, appreciate the help as always.
