Default Gaming Keyboard and Mouse

I dont game yet on a PC. I am planning to buy tonight and I dont know what are the best keyboard and mouse for the money for gaming?

Suggestions.

we can only suggest what we have, and i doubt wed all settle on one thing. very few people here have gone through a lot of mainstream gaming keyboards and mice.

personally id recommend the Logitech MX Revolution for gaming, but for £50 i dont think its worth it. logitech and razer do very good mice.

also ive heard that the Logitech G15 is a good gaming keyboard.

Keyboards I don't mess with much. I have a MS one right now.

I do love my Razer Diamondback mouse, and it is two generations back. The new ones are even better (Copperhead, DeathAdder).

i agree... i feel that gaming keyboards are just hype... but for FPS's a Gaming Mouse is a NECESSITY

ya... but can he afford it? also its wireless (i don't think it affects performance) but some people do... it looks amazing too!!

yeah it is like a hundred dollars. but man it is comfortable, and there isnt any kind of drop in performance. i love it!
