Problem is most of the SATA DVD drives are out right now, and the only cheap one in stock sucks. I would until monday, or grab an IDE version if you have to.

Also, either of these would be fine for a wireless adapter.

It's really not too hard, most of it is straight forward. There are plenty of guides with pictures and videos all over the net, just throw a search through google. Or if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

Or just go with tigerdirect. They get a bad rep on here for some reason but I've always loved them as long as the product im buying is cheaper there.
