I loathe overclockers with a passion

Here you go simple and easy
KustomPCs.co.uk - Asus P5Q Motherboard
KustomPCs.co.uk - Asus ATI Radeon EAH4870/HTDI/512M
KustomPCs.co.uk - Seagate 500Gb Barracuda NCQ 7200.11
KustomPCs.co.uk - G.Skill 4Gb PQ DDRII PC8000
KustomPCs.co.uk - Samsung S203B SATA DVD-RW
KustomPCs.co.uk - PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610 PSU

KustomPCs.co.uk - Intel Core 2 DUO E8200 775 2.66Ghz CPU 45nm
or this if you don't want to overclock at all
KustomPCs.co.uk - Intel Core 2 DUO E8500 775 3.16Ghz CPU 45nm
Aluminium Cases: KustomPCs - HTPC, Gaming, CarPC, Cooling and Modding Products in the UK !

Anything thats not in stock just email Graeme on sales@kustompcs.co.uk as he owns the store he will give you a heads up possibly some cheap deals aswell as your a large order.

Nick, will the antec nine hundred cool just as good as the antec p182?

And would it be better if i went with an e8500/e8600 and overclocked it?

I'm a bit out of the loop with cases, I've always liked the p182 and heard it's better for management and organisation. As with the CPU the e8500/e8600 may not quite match the q6700 on stock, as with overclocking I'm sure they may almost match it on speed.

I think so, I personally would go for the quad becuase it's a quad, you may want someone elses input however.

I vote for saltynays build. Try getting a cheaper used E8400 or E8500 off the bay or something though
