Haha disregard my last post, I didn't look at all the pictures. It clearly shows it having a fan. Yes, I plan on overclocking this rig some, nothing too much.

Right on! That'll be cake since you're getting a black edition. Either of those heatsinks will work fine. The Hyper 212+ is pretty big, goes pretty close to the side of my Antec 300.
