Default GA-P35-DS3L vs. GA-EP35-DS3L

Which one is better out of the two and why?

Get the ep35. Both are the same boards.

The EP35-DS3L has an EPU which is used to consume less power, otherwise they are the same board.

What about the GA-P35-DS3L vs. GA-P31-S3G LGA 775?

Do they both overclock well?

Which one would overclock better?

Wold ther be much of a difference?

I'm just trying to get the best bang for my buck.

For now, Im sticking with the DS3L.
