G skill RAM...

I have 2 A-DATA 667MHz 512MB which makes 1GB but i want to get new ram but do i have to replace my ram for a new g skill ram? also what is the max frequency that my motherboard supports? i heard there are like 1200mhz or 1050mhz but i just want the best out of my money for a g skill ram. probably i would be looking for 2 1GB.

The max freq. is the as far as the ram/cpu can go... to a point... id say around 1100 or so, it isn't very high power phasing like the ds4 or dq6... but go and get it, youll love it, btw ill have your RAM
