Default FSB, Speed, and VCore relationship

Okay, hm.... Overclocking is killing me, its addicting and I want to push this system a bit more!

My FSB right now is 400MHz with 8 Multiplier, my question is.... my VCore is at 1.362 on a 400MHz FSB so its running at 3.2GHz.

So if I change the Multiplier to 9, do I have to increase my VCore also even though my FSB is still 400MHz? Or you really have to increase the VCore every time you increase the FSB, Total Frequency (Speed), and Multiplier and change it higher than it already was?

I got an ASUS Mobo but not sure if the probe thingy is included with it. I think it is but i didnt try installing it cuz I wasnt sure if it was compatible with vista 64 bit.
