ok im done with everything but what about this part, I have a cable that has both HD audio and AC'97

which one do I connect ?

The one that was connected to my old mobo was the AC'97

I showed you where they go on the board with a picture and even linked to a large picture showing exactly where the front panel connectors plug in to. Use the HD Audio for front audio, ignore 1394.

Yes a magnetic screwdriver is fine to use.

ok everything is connected but i cant figure out which way the mobo speaker pin goes in one side has an arrow so i know thats the positive end but which way does it go on the pins on the mobo

the pins on the mobo arent labeled, is the far left pin the positive ?

It's diagrammed in the manual on page 1-17, #6. Left pin is positive, middle 2 are ground, right pin is audio.

If it first starts up then nothing to worry about. I haven't used a PC speaker in years.
