Default Friend Rig

Hi. My Friend Needs A New Rig. He has $2,000. He needs everything including mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. The lower, the better.

Why would he want a server cpu? Does he want to run a server?

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.

he thought it can overclock better since they have lower voltage and a higher temp max

no...i'm sure if that was the only difference people would use server CPU's a lot more lol....
