freezing probelm

Just did some research and found some thing that might help.

Answer the Following:

* Whats the BIOS version of your mobo
* It could be possibile that some of your Hardware Devices is making problems, so it would be good to try to run the System with a minimum of configuration to see how it works.
* Do you get any messages, are some sounds coming out, when it freezes?
* If you let it run while frozen for 5 min, to the temps go way up?
* Check for conflicts that cause crashes.
* Do you ever get a blue screen?
* Are your video drivers up to date?
* Check your power usage and see if something is lacking power
* Do you have a power adaptor which needs to be added to the GFX card?

iam going to number them
1. i havent upgraded it
2. yes, i ran msconfig and closed some programs seems to run better with out freezing
3. No, no unless a sound is playing at that time that it freezes
4. Ill try next time, but last time i let it run for a miniute and its the usual up and down a few degrees
5. ok, i ran window virus scan and defraged

7. I think, they were whn i had the 6800gt in there
8. shouldnt need to not with this psu
9. only on the 6800gt and i had used it when it was on.

Run bios in "Best Preformace" or Play around with the voltages is my last guess.
