Default first time builder here

I'm putting together my first computer from scratch. I'm tired of paying other people for something I should be able to do myself. Anyway, I was wondering what you guys think of this set up.

Case
Motherboard
Hard drive
power source
CPU
RAM
Video card
media

As I said, this is my first time building, so I'm including everything I can think of. I had some help at work today, and the dude recommended that I check out this site. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, this is for gaming (AoC mostly) and interwebs surfing.

you might want to pick up a thermal right ultra extreme cooler and a 120mm fan. Yate loon, scythe. Your choice

No he just was saying u should consider getting an aftermarket heatsink, especially it you are thinking about overclocking. And the first cooler he mentioned would perform much better with a fan.

Just got it. I checked feedback on newegg for that cpu and apparantly the stock heat sink isn't effective.

Starting to understand this stuff.

I think though that the OP wants to keep costs down too

Also I don't think he wants to over clock at all.

The stock heatsink will be sufficient for running at stock speed. But if you overclock, you'll need a better heatsink.
