Default First system idea blew-Here are my new parts

Ok I redid my whole list of parts for my new pc.

Is this a good mobo for overclocking?
Mobo= ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe 144.99$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131013

CPU= AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 195$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103747

Memory= OCZ Gold 1GB (2 x 512MB) 105.99$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227029

Hard drive=western digital 320 gig 93.49$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16822136003R

Cooling= thermaltake-bigwater-745 131.99$
http://www.xoxide.com/thermaltake-bigwater-745.html

Don't know what is a good brand for a power supply?
PSU=Powork 60.00$
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?Inv...g&cm_ite=total

Case 48.99$
http://www.xoxide.com/tank-gaming-case-black.html

Total=roughly 791$

I need help picking out a video card because i have no knowledge at all about cards. Except i know i want a card that also has video jacks something like a all-in-wonder card

I think these parts should work really good together. I don't know if I need water cooling for sure, but it would help out a lot if i overclock my cpu. I already got my dvd-rw rom in my old pc that i will use. I would also use XP Pro 64 bit.

PSU - which you don't want to go THAT cheap on...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103931

X1900 All In Wonder -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102685

X1300 AIW -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102661

If your concern is the mobo - maybe you should start with a cheaper one... Just so happens that this company is supposedly the best for OC... but I DON'T KNOW THIS BOARD... just they're reputation...

I am going to use that psu that you said to. Question though on the motherboard. The original board i had listed took 800 and the one you suggested only takes 667. Does it make that much of a difference between 667 and 800 ghz ram?

Stilling thinking about which graphics card to use, i like the top one you suggested, but i don't know if i want to spend that much money on one.
